Randy began his career with Adena Corporation in 1988 as an estimator, just thirteen short years later he became president, and then the sole owner. Adena Corporation has long been known as a trusted, elite construction management and general construction firm. Randy recognized the value of self-perform work and the need to provide jobs for the local area. Therefore, over the years, Adena Corporation with Randy’s leadership has added and grown business divisions that perform concrete, masonry, carpentry, steel erection and fabrication.

The Adena brand implements approximately $150MM worth of construction annually and employees over 400 team members. In 2014, Randy co-founded the development entity to support the local real estate market and strengthen his diverse business model. Despite rapid growth, Randy’s values remain the same – relationships, quality craftsmanship, individualized service and community partnerships. Randy’s devotion, hard work, and passion toward the construction industry and real estate development have led to their many successes.
